History and purpose of award

In 2019, InPhySec established these scholarships to provide assistance to two students pursuing their studies in the field of cyber security. The primary objective of these awards is to encourage and help the development of cyber security knowledge and skills in New Zealand.

The Scholarship is open to students studying Cyber Security Engineering or Software Engineering at Te Herenga Waka — Victoria University of Wellington. The Scholarship shall be awarded on the basis of academic merit.
