This scholarship is co-funded with Te Herenga Waka—Victoria University of Wellington to support Tūwharetoa Māori Trust Board's Ngā Ara Matua Strategy and Ngāti Tūwharetoa participation and success at Te Herenga Waka.

Purpose of award

This scholarship is to support a Ngati Tuwharetoa postgraduate student at Victoria University of Wellington studying in any of the six categories (Environmental, Te Reo Maori me ona Tikanga, Education, Health & Wellbeing, Technology & Innovation, Commerce and Business & Law) which support the Pou of the strategy.
