History or background of award

The Global Alumni Graduate Fees Waiver celebrates VUW's commitment to supporting our international student community. From 2020, the Global Alumni Graduate Fees Waiver offers international alumni (including Exchange and Study Abroad students) progressing to full-time postgraduate studies, a discount of 15%-20% off tuition fees.

Purpose of award

The Global Alumni Graduate Fees Waiver is a 15%-20% reduction on the first year tuition fees. This is available to international alumni paying international tuition fees, returning for a full duration postgraduate programme at Victoria University of Wellington.
